I have found Diligence to be a life saver for starting my new business. The ease with which I can enter vendors, customers, prospects, etc. is great. I had so many little pieces of paper with information scratched on them. I started at the top of the pile and just started typing. I couldn't believe how quickly I had them all entered. Now that I have the foundation started, adding to it will never be an overwhelming prospect..
The call notes are awesome - I can type notes while I'm on the phone with the contact (customer, vendor, prospect) and never worry about losing the information..
I love the correspondence features, and the ease with which you can create standard communications (a generic request for information from vendors, for example, or an introductory letter for a new prospect), eliminating the need to re-invent the wheel each time you need to type a letter.
From past experience, Diligence will be AWESOME for insurance people - they can create correspondence which will meet industry compliance requirements, submit it for approval to their compliance department (if there is one), and save the documentation without having to clog up a client file.

When I first started, my data was spread all over. It was in multiple software programs that couldn't share information, as well as in numerous files and stacks of paper.
Having a single program that manages all aspects of my growing business, as well as Rick's help and mentoring, is wonderful. Now I can focus on running my business. Best of all, Business Diligence and Rick are always available for any help needed.
As my business grows the information and data is growing even faster. I have no idea how I would be able to manage it all without Diligence.

Diligence has been a lifesaver for keeping us organized and
connected. Before I started using this file, I was overwhelmed with
keeping track of the details. We had multiple software programs
trying to keep different parts of our organization organized. The
programs didn't work together at all.
Diligence has let me set up one program to act as our 'control
panel' for the business. It's easy to keep track of all the details
that used to get lost as scraps of paper. It's been a fantastic tool in regards to
storing potential customer info that we've obtained through sign-up lists
at live performances. It's also allowed me to maintain customer contact info that we've
gathered through mail order & on-line cd sales to alert these same folks to our upcoming releases.
In the past this valuable data would be jotted down on a notepad and
misplaced almost immediately.
If you work from a small town but deal with people from all over,
Diligence is a wonderful tool for making that happen. It was simple
to learn and every bit of detail I need is always right at my
fingertips.

I have been impressed with the responsiveness of the Diligence support. When I needed help merging my information into a Word document, Rick responded not only with clear, detailed instructions in an email and on the website, but also phone help that allowed me do exactly what I needed to.
The next newsletter included information for other subscribers as well. It's cool to be in The Diligencia!

I especially like Diligence for its ability to store thousands of bits of vendor information that I can retrieve at the click of a mouse.
This system is a very efficient way of managing small business details. Diligence has been very effective at helping my small businesses startup and grow!
